Asked for Female, 24 Years

Suffering from this 1.5yrs was on antidepressants. stopped taking it after 1.5yrs..but psychiatrists is telling to taken 2 more years of medicine and my neurologists madam is telling antidepressants are not safe and they many side effects...it increases blood sugar level and will I need to take life long these medicines.
