Depression and loneliness
I'm so much stressed by the ongoing problems in my family..even my parents fight alot with me and everyone..they're not maintaining peace and harmony between others. And always criticizes people around them. This has disturbed me alot mentally and physical health too..that I'm not able to focus well in my studies.. I've exams in few months but I feel so low self esteem. I don't have anyone to support me except my partner.. but he's also mostly busy and can't share him my problems alot. I really wish if I can get some chance to get a job along with my studies too.. so that I can create my own life. But I'm so much depressed and losing hopes.

It sounds like you're going through a very challenging time, dealing with ongoing family issues that are affecting your mental and physical well-being. It's understandable that this would have a significant impact on your ability to focus on your studies and maintain a healthy level of self-esteem. It's positive that you have your partner for support, even if they're also limited in their availability to help. Considering your desire to create your own life and pursue a job alongside your studies, it shows resilience and determination despite the difficulties you're facing. However, it's important to address your mental health and well-being first.
Next Steps
You can book a session with me where I can provide you with coping strategies and a safe space to process your feelings and experiences. Additionally, setting boundaries with your family members regarding their behavior and seeking ways to create distance from their negativity can be beneficial for your overall well-being. As for your studies and career aspirations, it might be helpful to break down your goals into smaller, manageable steps and seek out resources or support services available to you, such as academic advisors or career counselors.

Family issues can indeed take a toll on your mental and physical well-being. Firstly, consider having an open and honest conversation with your parents about the impact their conflicts are having on you. Express your feelings calmly and let them know that it's affecting your studies and overall well-being. Sometimes, making them aware of the consequences can lead to a positive change. Seeking emotional support from your partner is valuable, but it's also important to explore additional avenues. If possible, consider talking to a close friend, a teacher, or a counselor at your school about your struggles. As for your studies, try breaking down your tasks into smaller, more manageable goals. Create a study plan that accommodates your current emotional state. Regarding your wish to get a job, it's understandable that financial independence can provide a sense of control and stability. Look into part-time job opportunities that align with your schedule. This can be a step toward building your own life and gaining independence. Seeking professional help, such as counseling or therapy, can guide you on coping strategies and offer support tailored to your specific situation. You can get in touch with me through Mind Sculpt for online sessions.
