Depression and Anxiety
I've been feeling really down for a long time now. I have been in this kind of numb state since at least a year now. I'm also really anxious. I've gotten so nervous about grades that I broke out in tears twice now at school. I don't really have anybody to tell because I feel like I'll just add to there problems (I think my mom is anxious and depressed and my sister left for college) I don't know what to do, school and home are both major stresses for me and I don't know what to do anymore.
