Depression and anxiety
I'm feeling very sad, crying for no reason and anxious most of the time. Having a lot of mood swings and irregular sleep pattern. Feeling edgy, easily irritated and bursting out in tears. At times am experiencing an overwhelming fear for no reason. Having irregular, fast heartbeat and shaky hands when I feel anxious. Thoughts of running away and sometimes feeling it would be better if I don't exist at all. Falling sick often and hyperventilating during my periods pain because of fear leading to carpopedal spasm(upper body feels tight and my both my palm and fingers become stiff to move). Feeling anxious while traveling in road, walking stairs if I wud meet with an accident. Haven't been able to attend college or get out of house for any reason and am about to quit College. What should I do to get over this?

Hello. From your description ,it appears to be mixed anxiety- depression but more assessment needs to be done.  Treatment is possible and patients do well with medicines in initial stages and later therapy. If you are in a big city,  you could ask for a home visit by a psychiatrist.  Else you could consult online if leaving your home is not possible.  Once you start feeling better, you can visit the Psychiatrist in person.
