Depression and Anxiety
I have always been depressed but lately I have been feeling very low, I have thoughts of hurting myself just to numb the thoughts in my head. I feel anxiety when I have to talk to others cz I feel like am disappointing everyone and I feel completely lost. I take anxiety medication but it's not working I still get panic attacks at night and i suffer from insomnia. I feel no happiness everything seems so temporary,I just try to distract myself with something or the other but it's not working I still feel extremely down.

It seems to be clinical depression. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

For anxiety disorders medication is a solution but it is temporary solution, it does not heal ur  mind Permanent solution is to accept the challenge, and to solve it, I have seen many of my patients who was facing the same, but only my efforts is not helpful, it is ur mind which can heal u, it is ur mind which can hurt u....
Next Steps
dont take small things more seriously and dont think continuously on them don't fear , that panic attack will come again don't think on past, don't sit alone in ur room work on the root cause, not surface cause
Health Tips

Hey, I’m really sorry to hear that you’re going through this right now, and I appreciate you opening up about how you're feeling. It sounds incredibly overwhelming, and it’s important to acknowledge that what you’re experiencing is tough and very real. It seems like your medication might not be working as effectively as it could, and that’s something definitely worth discussing with your doctor. Sometimes adjustments are needed, or maybe even a different approach might help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to a mental health professional. Whether it's your psychiatrist or therapist to explore different options. In the meantime, try not to carry the weight of feeling like you’re disappointing others. It’s really hard to see it in these moments, but your worth isn’t tied to how you feel or how others might perceive you. I am also sensing there may be lifestyle concerns. Modifications in eating, sleeping and movement may help you immensely. I would also highly recommend you to get a blood test done to check for Vitamin B, D levels and levels of magnesium, zinc and iron with a trusted doctor. This may also help you immensely. I would invite you to seek therapy from a trusted trauma-informed therapist, who specialises in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy or EMDR. Distractions might not be working right now, and that’s okay—it could be your mind signaling that it needs a deeper kind of care. You’re not alone in this, and there are steps forward even when things feel hopeless. Please reach out for help—you don’t have to go through this by yourself.
Health Tips
You don't have to go through this alone. You matter. Please get the help you need from mental health professionals and trusted friends and family.

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to know that you don't have to go through this alone; reaching out for help is a vital step. It sounds like you're experiencing a profound struggle with depression and anxiety, and the feelings of hopelessness and numbness can be incredibly overwhelming. While medication can help, it may not be enough on its own for everyone, and it could take time to find the right treatment plan. Speaking with a mental health professional can provide additional support and offer coping strategies to help manage your feelings. Consider discussing your experiences with your doctor, as they may suggest adjustments to your treatment, such as therapy or different medications. Please prioritize your safety, and if you're in immediate distress or having thoughts of self-harm, please seek emergency help right away. You deserve support, and there are people who want to help you through this difficult time.
