It seems that you are undergoing through some stress which might be contributing to low mood , over eating , inability to sleep and being sensitive about situations . You can try and engage in relaxing activities before sleeping which can include deep breathing , having warm milk or soothing tea , taking a warm shower and limiting your phone time . Try and talk to close family members and friends who are positive and who can encourage you . Go for regular exercise as it helps keep your healthy emotionally and physically as well . Try and maintain a diary in which you can write three positive events of the day. Maintain a healthy and balanced diet . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a diagnosis and management plan through regular counseling sessions .
