Hello sir.. first and foremost x-ray(IOPA) has to be done in the cavitation teeth to check for the extent of the caries.....if the cavity is superficial,themn simple filling is enough... if it is deep then root canal treatment followed by capping is necessary.... clinical examinaion is necessary to rule out the cause and management

Hello, Please visit a dentist and get fillings done. If the cavity is deep then it might go for a Root Canal Treatment followed by cap.

Visit a dentist for a proper checkup soon. The tooth with pain will either go for RCT or extraction. Donot delay the treatment Don't self medicate yourself Black marks....if stains....scaling will help. If cavity.... Will have to be filled
