Hi dear
For fever u do not need to take enzoflam
Tak dolo 650 thrice a day
Fever will settle in sometime
Take plenty of liquids and repeat cbc after 2 days to see the trend of platelets
Take care
Dengue fever lasts for upto 7-8 days,You can use paracetamol every 6-8 hours.
Don't use enzoflam.
Next Steps
use plenty of water
do check your blood pressure, get blood test including CBC platelets urine analysis every 3 days
if fever gets high,or severe abdominal pain and vomiting ,or if you notice any bleeding in gums ,nose, multiple rashes over the body, you need to get hospital care
Repeat platelets on every 3rd day if its falling visit near by hospital
For fever take dolo 650 if temperature is more then 100 do cold sponging
Drink plenty of water
Look for warning signs ( rash , gum bleeding etc
Stop enzoflam immediately.
No pain killer /NSAID in Dengue.
Now platelet count is normal.
Check platelet, PCV every day.
Chance of sudden fall in platelet is there
No need to treat fever aggressively. It will subside in 4-5 days. Paracetamol is the only medicine for fever and nothing else.
Take plenty of fluids (most important).
