I have been suffering from dengue since last Monday and my fever is gone but still my platelets are decreasing significantly. My current platelets count is 70k.

In Dengue platlet count usually fall after fever settles. Just keep watching for any kind of bleed from any where like nose in stool or urine. Or rash. GET PLATLET COUNT EVERY 48 HRLY. THEY SHOULD START RISING BY 8 OR 9TH DAY
