Hello Doctor, My brother has been diagnosed with dengue fever today. His Platelets count was 1,30000 day before yesterday. Yesterday, we tested it again and it came down to 78000. However, BP is normal. and since morning, fever is also not there. Kindly suggest, shall i admit him today or consult any other doctor.
