Had chills and fever 5 days back. That night fever kept on fluctuating between 100 and 103. After consulting doctor after 3 days dengue test is done which came as positive. Platelet count is 92000. Taking IV fluids and some medicines from 2 days. Fever got reduced but body pains, headache, nausea, body itching are still there. Now knee pain is started. Is this fine and this treatment can be continued?

Yes, you can take pain killers and fever medicines along with iv fluids and lot of juice prescribed by your doctor. All symptoms will resolve slowly as long as platelet count remains high enough.
