Demotivated, stressed
I'm a working journalist and have relocated to another city for work. For a various reasons including past relationships that failed, and now due to an overworked, hectic professional life, I'm losing out on positivity, calmness and motivation. I often suffer from low self esteem, don't take good care of myself, and unable to concentrate on any productive work. This has also resulted in over eating, weight gain, skin problems bad sleep. How do I help myself?
