I always feel very demotivated despite working in the government sector. My wife always compares with my brother about the lifestyle and living standard. On instgram she always compares hers life with them. Becauase of this i m unable tp focus on my dreams.

You are not able to focus on your dreams due to your wife's behaviour of comparing with others. You can consult with a Psychiatrist. On the basis of distress and impairment in your life, medications will be planned to start, if possible you bring your wife too for psychoeducation. Along with it, coping skills and problem solving techniques also will be discussed with your doctor for holistic management of the situation

You need to understand if this feeling of demotivation is disproportionate to the amount of comparative/critical comments you recieve.Then if it's solely due to poor/disproportionate response to her comments you need to work on yourself and you can take your partner on board to help you overcome this.
