I have delayed periods from a year... I usually had regular periods but since a year its not regular

Hello. I understand your problem. Irregular periods can have multiple reasons, such as- thyroid disorders, hormonal disorders, irregular eating habits or polycystic ovarian disease. Do blood tests for TSH, Free T4, LH, FSH levels and USG of whole abdomen. Follow up with the reports. Hope this helps.
