Deep cut on forehead.

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My friend met with accident and had a deep cuts and it's too wide also, doctor dint recommend for stiching the wound coz it was wide, he is getting bandage on daily basis, i doubt about his skin being the same again, please recommend for some medication
