Cut marks
Due to some personal reasons, I cut my hand 5 years ago, I tried many ointments and gels but none of them worked. I spent a lot of money for consulting doctors and didn't get right solution for it. So, thought of taking suggestions from everyone by posting here and go for feasible solution. To be precise mark is too deep and a layer was formed like a bubble on it. So if there is any treatment in a reasonable budget as I'm a student and my parents doesn't know about the situation, please help. Thanks in advance

Honestly Can be improved to a little extent only with in clinic multiple treatment sessions of lasers etc but cant really be vanished. If its raised, some injections to flatten it but cant matvch exactly the normal surrounding skin. No creams are going to help. For cost estimate, visit a nearest good dermatologist.
