The duration of each of these symptoms is very important. An LFT should be done. And also, TSH, Vitamin B12 level, Vitamin D3 level, CBC. Special tests might be needed if LFT is abnormal. From your age and history (even though it's incomplete) it seems unlikely that you have liver disease. However, it would be appropriate to see a physician in person.
