Debility whole day
My prikriti vata. I suit medicine vata pitta hara. Hot medicine not suit.I have taken badam with ashwagandha pak but not suit.Right now I am taking brahm rasayan relief but still debility whole day no energy. Any medicine for this. Saraswatarista not suit because it hot potency. Suggest any cool medicine for debility.It is not because of anxiety every doctor gives anxiety. My energy level weak not because of stress. Stress medicine makes me too lathergy. Strenght medicine cool i need. Can i take makaddhwaj gold.
