Daydreaming hindering life
I have a deep desire to be famous and become an actress (I really don't want to, I think I just crave attention ) .I daydream about it all the time. I just want to be in spotlight and want things to be all about me while speaking in groups. I want to stand out. I believe this need stems somehow from my childhood where I was not listened to but always motivated to be the best and stand out. How to stop daydreaming and live a real life? I feel I don't know my real self at all.

Day dreaming to a certain extent is healthy but too much plus risk taking behaviour, if present needs psychiatric attention
