Daydreaming Disorder
Hey, my friend has Malaptive Daydreaming Disorder. At least that what we think it is. Let me explain it. She has been seeing someone who doesn't actually exist and she has never seen him in real life but she always daydreams about that character. And he has become her best friend. It's unavoidable and she does it for hours at stretch.

Hello She is having some delusions and sometimes delusions are so strong that they become part of their daily life, you love being in that delusion. All this is products of her mind and sometimes under some drug effect also it may be seen. You should take her to a counselling therapist who could ask her things in detail A homoeopath might also help her as in homoeopathy there are good medicines which could help her in coming out of this situation
