Dear Doctor,
My Daughter is not sleeping in stretch in night. she is not having proper sleep even during day time. During day time she sleep for around 2 to 3 hr at various interval, however in night she wakes up quite frequently and refuses to go back to sleep. We have to rock her, nurse her for atleast 30 to 40 mins before she goes back to sleep and have to repeat it every time she gets up. She is not able to put herself back to sleep on her know. Please help us how we can make her sleep at stretch so she gets the rest ahe needs.

It's very much normal for babies, you don't have to worry, most of the babies wake up at night and has sound sleep in the mornings. There is nothing much you can do about it other than keep her awake in the morning, but it's not abnormal.

Feed ur baby properly before sleep
Put a good quality diaper
Switch off light or dim light helpful while sleeping at night.
Be with ur baby while sleeping
Sing a song or lori
Let ur baby sleep himself /herself
