Darkspots after a wound/acne/skinbreak
Hello Doc !
I have acne problem since many years, though it used to come and go but because of my skin condition, where any wound or pimple breakout usually leaves a black spot behind. This has become more in the middle of cheeks and caused a pretty big dark spot. How can i reduce this dark spot? Is there anything I can avoid in future where a injury/scratch or any as such happens to my skin it leaves a dark spot.
I have attached pics from past 3 years and also latest pic. I have used Skinlite Cream for few years to reduce the spot but it keeps reoccurring once I stop applying.
Please help.

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
