  4. Darker upper lips. Make my lips darker?

My upper lips are darker than my lower lips. I am getting married in 6 months. I want to know if it's treatable. Also I smoke once in a week. I make sure to throw away the cigarette before the filter is hot. So will it still make my lips darker?
