Dark lip corners

Hi, my lips have become dark. Specially upper lip. And the outline of my lip. The corners of my lip are become dark too which is making my mouth look wider Is there any medicine or surgery I can go through? The corners of lips look horrible. I don't drink coffee or smoke Below is an example image
