Dark circles n skin pigmentation

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I had really fair skin when i was a kid but now my face looks dull n pale maybe due to sun exposure n swimming nd it has also darkened severely as compared to the skin on rest of the body. What can i fo for reversing this condition except for applying sunscreen bcoz that i do now. Also can i take antioxid hc tablets for my condition. Pls help.
