Dark area around lips including chin

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My skin colour around chin is dark from the rest of the face so my face has been divided into two parts...one part being fair and one being dark....I am extremely humiliated by this....I am using sunscreen daily but itz not getting better so kindly help....
