Hello Doctors,
I have a 20 month old baby boy and earlier he used to drink milk and eat cereal on a daily basis but nowadays since he grew up didn't like to drink milk and not have much interest in eating .
Can you please suggest what we can feed him on a daily basis from morning to night so that he can be healthy and put on some weight.

It would be helpful to do a diary excercise of food intake, that would help to assess variety of foods eaten.
If oral intake is poor, it could help to have a period of multivitamins. Hope he is growing well and developing well otherwise?

At 20 months a lot of development is going on so your baby boy may be finding the food a little less interesting. You can try making his mealtime interesting. Avoid using mobile phone or TV for feeding. Try to have a routine and stick to it. FAQs on IAP parental guidelines for feeding 1-2 year old are freely available for download online.
