Cysts in urinary sac

I have done a ultrasound where I have been diagnosed with a cyst in the uniary sac. the doctor gave me antibotic for 7 days. I want to know if I need to get this cysts removed as my testicles is become big and bulging. Thanks

All depends on clinical physical examination done by a general surgeon/Urologist so as to identify the nature of cyst.inflammatory swellings do reduce with time.just wait for sometime.if cyst persists, surgery may be done
