Right ovary bulky in size measures 3.3*2cm. Cyst measuring 1.9*1.4cm is seen in right ovary, cyst shows fine internal echoes.two cystic lesions are abutting the right ovary, extending into the pod. Cyst measures 3.0*2.5cm and another cyst measures 2.2*1.8 CM.these cyst show mild thinking and packed with fine low level internal echoes. Will there be any problem in future pregnancy.?
