Cyst in ovary in 3rd month pregnancy
Hi , there is a 6-7 cm adnexal cyst found in sonography during 3 rd month of 2nd pregnancy. My sister's obgyn dsuggested to wait and get it operated during delivery if persists . I would like to have some second opinion here . Please provide your valuable suggestions,

At this size this definitely needs surgical removal but in pregnancy surgery cannot be offered

Yes u need to get operated and get cA125 test after delivery bcoz free fluid in pelvis and calcifications and all are given as now she is pregnant we cant do anything just wait and watch if severe pain anytime olease take her to hospital
