Cyst in breast
Few days back my mother observed two cyst on her right breast we went for checkup to manipal hospital and did her sonography and mammography.In sonography it was observed two cyst of size 2.2*1.5*1.3 cm and one 5 mm cyst.Her mammography report show her birads value 3 .Doctor told to scan again after 3 month to see any increase in size.We did sonography again today and the cyst size now is 5.6*7.3 cm and 4.3*4.6 cm.Manipal doctor told if the size increases
they will think of biopsy but is it really required .Is there anything to concern.I am attaching both old and new report

Your reports doesn’t mention of any BIRADS-3 lesion. However if the size is increasing then get a B/L USG with Mammogram done from a proper centre and if it is suspicious then go for biopsy.
Next Steps
Biopsy is required to rule in/rule out malignancy.
