Cyst on the nape of neck where hair ends
I have the cyst on the back of the neck in nape area where hair line ends atleast from 3 years . And suddenly from past 1year it grows a little it doesn't give any discomfort to me and it feels like movable it feels like 2 cm soft marble . Should I worry or not ?

If it's movable, not fixed to overlying skin or underlying structures, not hard, etc. probably it's benign. But since it's enlarging for past 1 year, it's better to get an ultrasonography of the area, followed by biopsy,
