Cut in little toe with black spot

Hi, I had a big nail on my little toe and underneath it there was some black spot. I tried removing it and it opened the skin. Attached the photo. What should i do for it? I think i might have hit my foot somewhere and this black things under my nails would have entered and skin would have covered it. Could you please advise what is the treatment for this. Thanks

It may be plantar wart which is bleeding due to trauma. I will advise a physical consultation and laser removal of the wart.
