Cut from nail of my dog.

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Today, I got a slight cut from my pet's nails, He gets proper vaccination every year, I washed that part properly with soap & water, applied an antiseptic ointment. Should I worry about this & get an tetanus injection? & I got a tetanus shot 5 months back by the way.

no need for tetnus vaccination. but u need to go for rabies vaccination( by d way u had not mentioned ur pet i am considering it a dog or cat). as i can see there is bleeding from the scrartch so its mandatory now, ur first aid was good
