Crippling pain in my vagina

Asked for Female, 16 Years

My partner has a very thick penis and we had sex yesterday morning and I didn’t feel any pain for the whole day but at 4:30 this morning it’s been going like crazy, it genuinely feels like I’m being cut open. I’m also on birth control and I’ve read it can make you dry down there and I can barely move the pain is that bad. My mum says it’s cystitis which I have had before but I don’t think it is.
