Cramps but no period
My periods were due on 24 but I have not got them yet but I am feeling cramps every now & then from 24. I am unmarried but sexually active. What could be the issue of missing my periods? I have low level of hemo. 12 only.

If u already overdue ,hv cramps and no periods , you could be pregnant. Do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home to know if u pregnant or not. After that u cn connect with me directly for further assistance as m n delhi too.
