If you are taking medroxyprogesterone to get periods alone, you may please stop taking. You will get your periods within a week after stopping the medication. These are not just simple tablets but hormones, if used haphazardly,  it will mess up the whole axis of hormones of our body which is a carefully orchestrated fine tune.
Next Steps
Finally please use a barrier contraception rather than I pill. Barrier contraception both male condom, and female condoms are available which prevent pregnancy as well as sexually transmitted diseases
Health Tips
Your body is your temple,  please take utmost care , consult before taking anything.
