Delayed periods for 70+ days
My last period started on 13 February and I have not had my periods since then. I have mild cramps almost daily like period cramps, and it often feels like my periods are about to start but no bleeding happens.
I want to know if this could be due to hormonal imbalance, delayed ovulation, stress, or PCOS, and whether I may need treatment or a progesterone course.
