Covid Vaccine fever
I took covishield vaccine today morning.
I had severe headache 3-4 hours after taking it.
From evening I started feeling nauseated.
Now did vomiting once( indigestion type and acidity type vomiting)
Now checked temperature is 101.2
Please help me what should I do.
Is this Vaccine side effect or I have got covid.

Post vaccine fever, headache, bodyache are common. It will persist for 2-3 days and then subside eventually. Take Tab. Dolo 650mg sos
For acidity and nausea take Tab. Pan-D 40mg.
Keep your self hydrated and rest properly
