Covid tested Positive
Hello Doctor, My mother is been tested covid +ve. She had fever on 29th and 30th April along with cough, cold, head ache and body ache... From 1st May fever, head ache and body pain has been gone... she has mild cough sometimes... how ever feel tired... she is diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis, thyroid, diabetes and BP... Her SPO2 is BTW 97 to 99 from 1st May and sugar level is below 135... yesterday got RT -PcR results as +ve... pls suggest

Hi First of all Quarantine the Patient. Although she is Symptomatically stable but still fall in serious category as she has history of Chronic comorbidities . I would suggest to go with standard Medicines and avoid Doxycycline.
Next Steps
Primary focus on Multivitamins, vitamin C, Zinc,and E. Avoid Doxycycline. with some hepatoprotective plenty of fluids
