No need , for now just take rest , take care of self and son, keep social distance from wife and others , as 3 days have passed I think you both are doing grate , test for wife is advised if any symptoms are noted

monitor your health at home ( spo2 and respiratory rate)if any worsening in symptoms or spo2 less then 92 and respiratory rate more then 24 for adults, your child will do grate just keep self hydrated, take rest
