My sister tested had covid symptoms from 17 Feb, tested +ve on 19 Feb . We did a retest of RTPCR on 25 and it again came positive with CT score of 25. How long does it take for a covid +ve person with CT value of 25 to become covid negative. ??

CT score of RTPCR is generally not used for follow up and prognosis. Discuss with markers like ferritin, crp and D dimer.

When your CT score will be above 30 your sister will get negative report ( majority of labs have set CT score of 30...32 for negative reports).
Next Steps
if she is very eager, re test after 4 days.
