My wife is covid positive also she is breast feeding my son of 5 month, pls tell me what medicine she can take in this situation

Try to get your wife with clinical examination with any general physician and at the same time it is better to rule out any covid infection for your child also because she is giving the breast feeding and child automatically exposed to the infection and it may or may not suffering from the covid infection.
Take this matter little bit serious and try to start the medicines as early as possible and paediatric opinion is very compulsory for your 5 months old baby.

She can breastfeed your son by using double triple layer surgical mask or N95 mask without respirator.
Before feeding she should sanitize herself and wash hand properly with soap.
Do not touch her mask while feeding.
