COVID positive & piles problem occurred

Hi I started having fever on 3Oct My results for covid test came out positive on 6 oct. Recently, a new problem I've encountered with covid. I've developed piles problem. I'm unable to even sit properly, it got so painful. I'm using pilex ointment. But it still bleeds at times. What should i do?

Avoid constipation, include fibre rich diet, drink plenty of fluids, avoid oily and spicy food items, practice sitz bath daily and apply the ointment which you have.. if the problem is persisting consult a general surgeon for physical examination and treatment
