Covid high grade fever 5 days
I am suffering from high grade fever ~102 after testing positive for RT-PCR for last 4 days. I am taking dolo 650mg after every 4 - 5 hours but the fever is not coming down. Also taking all other medications prescribed. Is this an emergency and what needs to be done next?

If the fever is not subsiding with Dolo 650 , can take Tab Meftal 500,  5-6 hours after Tab Dolo 650 , then repeat Dolo again after 5-6 hours , Drink plenty of fluids ( fresh citrus juice ) ORS , Green Tea etc , Do Mild cold compression on forehead and chest part , Fever sometimes even takes 10 days to come down in Covid
