My husband is suffering from covid from last 6 days his fever is 101 & 102. He is having chills and feeling cold. He's sense of taste and smell have gone. He is having following medicines Scavista 12 mg twice a day for 3 days Doxy 100 twice a day for 5 days Celin once a day Zincovit once a day Dolo 650 mg sos Rantac 150 mg twice a day for 10 days Ecospirin 75 mg once a day for 28 days Decmax 4mg 2 OD for 5 days (starting 6th day of symptoms) Kindly tell me how to break the chain of fever and cough ?

You can give T DOLO 650 for four times daily along with tepid sponging And if doesn't subside even after that then we will have to try naproxen

tab. naproxen should be added . monitoring of spo2 should be done and please get HRCT done on time if needed and blood investigation should be done if needed. tepid sponging can be done for fever.
