I'm on tablets of flupentixol and escitalopram oxalate for covid tounge by ent doctor. I'm having continuous fever and high heart rate . My tsh is 28 t3 t4 normal . I'm positive on 22nd April. Plz suggest me for fever and high heart rate I'm have excess sleep is it due to medicine? Plz gelp
