29. Male. 5'5". 74 kg.
I joined one public governance internship. But after 3 days of orientation I felt the idea of travelling to places and researching for work was overwhelming. I had difficulty performing daily and work activities. It felt like too much effort for too little pay. I also had no interest or emotion while daily living and working. Felt physically dry inside I also felt physically and mentally drained. It was too much to concentrate at the orientation.
I left that internship after 3 days and started staying at home being unproductive on social media. I had no plans of further education business or employment. What happened to me. Why I am not feeling like normal?

Your symptomsâlack of motivation, emotional flatness, mental fatigue, and physical drynessâsuggest an imbalance in Vata dosha, which governs the mind, nervous system, and energy flow. Sudden stress, overexertion, and lack of purpose can aggravate Vata, leading to mental burnout, decision fatigue, and depressive feelings.
This state is manageable and reversible with Ayurveda through Vata-pacifying diet, routine, Rasayana herbs (like Ashwagandha, Brahmi), Abhyanga (oil massage), and guided meditation. You're not aloneâthis is treatable with holistic support.
Please consult in person for personalized guidance.
