Could not conceive in last 3 months...
I am keep trying since 3 months but could not conceive. My mensural cycle is normal. Husband's semen report is below:
Semen Analysis (Quantity- 2ml, Liquefication- 20 mts, Reaction-Alkaline)
Microscopic Examination:
Count 70 millions/ml
Motality Active 35 % , Non-motile- 40%
Sluggish 25%
Morophology: Normal 95%, Abnormal-5 %
Abnormal Cells: Pus Cells & RBC ( Per HPF 1-3 Pus Cell & 0-1 RBC)
Please suggest if there is any complication or any medication required.
