Very little period after three months
Hi i am 31 yrs breastfeeding mother for 2.5yrs old baby feb 2024 delivered i have pcos for 16yrs irregular periods got conceived with the help of myo inositol after normal delivery got periods without progesterone tablets for three times but irregular only then again tablet period after that normally without progesterone tablet.Now Jan 2026 i got ultrasound scan impression pco with endometrium thickness 5mm Feb 08 i took tablet and got period now june 3 i got period without tablet but very little flow only one pad got wet that too half next day only 5 to6 drops Why so I was not intimate after my period from feb so no pregnancy and also bleeding in maroon color like dark brown I think it is old blood Is it due to breastfeeding or pco My mom died 10yrs ago due to cervical cancer I got HPV vaccine last dose was in Feb 2026 I got married in 2020 Please answer I am worrying too much I attached my ultrasound report (Jan 2026) And thyroid (Jan 2026) is normal
